Rivera (Holdings) Limited is an investment holding company incorporated in Hong Kong. It has been a listed company on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock Code: 281) since 1973 until its withdrawal of the listing of its shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited with effect from 20th August, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.. Madam Hsu Feng, the Chairman of the Board of the Company, and her sons together with Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park Development Co., Ltd., a listed company in Shanghai, remain the shareholders of the Company after the completion of privatization of the Company by way of a scheme of arrangement under the Companies Ordinance. Property development and investment in Shanghai is the principal business stream of the Group.

The Company has completed through its subsidiary a residential property project, namely Tomson Beautiful Space, in Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, Pudong New Area, Shanghai (“Zhangjiang Park”). Two hundred plus car parking spaces of the project are held for sale while the residential units were fully sold out.

The Company has also engaged through its associated company, Shanghai Zhangjiang Micro-electronics Port Co. Ltd. (“SZMP”), in residential, office and commercial property development and investment in Shanghai. In Zhangjiang Park, SZMP now retains a portion of residential apartments of Zhangjiang Tomson Garden, seven blocks of office buildings in Zhangjiang Micro-electronics Port and a commercial centre named ZJ Legend for leasing purpose. SZMP also holds hundreds of car parking spaces in Zhangjiang Tomson Garden for sale and possesses a land bank in Zhangjiang Park for development of Phase 2 of the commercial centre. Under the proposed development plan, Phase 2 will be developed as a composite project for office, commercial and cultural purposes with total gross floor area of approximately 60,900 square meters subject to payment of additional land premium.

In addition, SZMP has developed a residential-cum-commercial project in Fengxian District of Shanghai. The residential segment is named “Tomson Ginkgo Garden” and all units were sold. A commercial-cum-office building with total gross floor area of approximately 11,000 square meters is retained for leasing while one thousand plus car parking spaces are held for sale.

Apart from the above, the Group holds an investment property in Macau.
